BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL 7/28/23 RECAP:Kelly Gets Swept up in the Ocean Current When Finn Takes a Call, Leaving Sheila in Panicking!

Summary:

At the cliff house, Steffy and Liam discuss the situation. Liam urges Steffy to talk to Finn about Sheila's recent actions, which included hugging her son after the charges against her were dropped. Steffy believes Finn will protect them, but Liam remains skeptical, worrying that Sheila's affection for Finn could be an open opportunity to manipulate her way back into their lives.

Meanwhile, in Finn's office, he prepares to take care of Kelly, his stepdaughter, who's been dropped off for a visit. Finn and Kelly share a heartwarming moment, talking about building an epic sandcastle at the beach. As they head to the beach, a nurse expresses admiration for their bond but also senses that trouble might be on the horizon.

Sheila, disguised, visits Deacon, who is concerned about her newfound freedom and potential obsession with Finn. Sheila, however, claims to have changed and is determined to prove herself to Finn and Kelly, claiming they can have a real relationship now.

At the beach, Finn and Kelly have a delightful time building sandcastles, playing, and frolicking in the surf. Unbeknownst to them, Sheila watches from afar, plotting her next move.

Back at the cliff house, Liam and Steffy continue their discussion. Steffy refuses to throw away everything she knows about her husband based on one hug from Sheila. Liam remains adamant that Finn can't be trusted at the moment and fears something awful is bound to happen.

As the beach outing continues, Kelly heads into the water alone while Finn takes a call away from her. Sheila seizes the opportunity and attempts to lure Kelly away, causing panic when Kelly is knocked over by a wave. Sheila calls out to her, acting concerned, but her intentions seem dubious.

The episode ends on a cliffhanger, leaving viewers eager to see what unfolds next. Will Finn protect his family from Sheila's influence, or will they fall into her web of manipulation once again?
